Cannot recommend Di’s place at Kirwans Bridge more highly - perfect for a group to base themselves and visit nearby wineries and towns. Golden hour over the Goulburn is spectacular. Thanks for having us!

We loved Jo's very interesting house which had all the amenities and more. Lovely, peaceful surroundings, and the house is very well set up, with comfortable beds and even Easter eggs and bunnies (we saw a few wild bunnies as well). Lovely outside BBQ dining area with special lighting, and kayaking on the lake.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Whilst prices are on the rise for Easter stays, given we have been going to the area for a number of years we all felt the price here was reasonable. If prices go up any higher in the area it would probably go over our budget and sadly, we’d have to consider other Easter options. An Easter stay is becoming a luxury for families.

Stayed here multiple times. Mark is a great host and the property is fantastic. Clean, quiet, well appointed and perfect for our family boating holiday, especially when the lake is close to capacity.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakeside house! The location was absolutely stunning, waking up to serene lake views every morning was pure bliss. We were a party of 4 on a girls trip. We had a wonderful stay with everything you would need available. The house was in an amazing position making it easy to walk around the lake each day and an easy walk to town. The balcony and spa were a great addition and we spent many happy hours out there. The house was very clean and well equipped. We easily parked our 3 cars in the entryway. The beds were comfortable and the house was very spacious. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Beautifully presented and well thought out one bedroom apartment on a lovely street in central Ballarat. Having a separate bedroom and living area as opposed to a studio style was great for us as we were travelling with a little one. Would absolutely stay again.

A quiet well maintained property with charm. Extra blankets plus effective heating and great information for local sites and eating opportunities. Everything you need.

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

Lake View is in a perfect location, close to town centre, lovely lake/river walk and galleries. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Denice's place, and felt right at home. Denice has thought of all the creature comforts you could want for a relaxing getaway, from a fresh loaf of bread baked and ready to go on arrival, provisions for a full breakfast, to a TV with plenty of movies to watch, a sound system, and a comfy bed.

The Shearer's is a lovely, relaxing and peaceful place to have a few days to rest and recuperate. We enjoyed having a peaceful spot to relax after day trips to the surrounding towns. Michael was very helpful and the children enjoyed having a fire to toast marshmallows. We highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Les Chalets The place was beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable. Nina is a nice person, instructed everything clearly and explained about everything.The location was ideal, with stunning views. We highly recommend this appartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Nina truly made our stay special.

This is the second time i have stayed with patricia. Her placed is very comfortable with lots of amenities. Rooms are spacious and nicely styled Appreciated the milk bread and fruit too!

I'd highly recommend Stephanie's country cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful bush getaway. A friendly and gracious host, we felt right at home straight away and the cottage was lovely and comfortable. The garden is a fantastic place to do some star gazing, then have a copy fire to warm back up. Just loved it. Thank you for having us Stephanie!

Had a wonderful time at Karrawirra Cottage! The cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast provided was a lovely bonus. Great location - highly recommend!

Sue and Tonys place was absolutely perfect. Ticked all the boxes for the perfect weekend getaway. House was way better than expected. Imaculatly clean, all essentials provided, comfortable beds. So much to do on site! We didn't need to leave all weekend. Best part was kayaking in the dam and feeding and patting all the animals on site, including sheep, cows, alpacas and the kids favourite- Hilary the kelpie. Sue and Tony went out of their way to make our stay as incredible as it was. Dont hesitate to book this accomadation. We can't wait to be back!

Beautiful spot. Was cozy house. Some nice personal touches like the coffee. As it was a work trip wifi would have been nice as I had a fair bit of work to do but for one night was not a big issue. Any longer and it would have been a problem. Enjoyed a walk to the top of the hill behind the house which was nice. Would recommend for a couples get away

We had such a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully decorated and has loads of charm. The location is close to town and to walking tracks. Sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun was amazing. Would love to stay again.

The location of this property is excellent — within a 10-minute drive to all the local restaurants and Lake Daylesford. The interior is simply yet comfortably furnished, making it a great option for a short family getaway. If you’re not bothered by being close to the main road, it’s not an issue. For families considering a longer stay, having a dryer would make it even more perfect.
