Very close to the golf course, a few hundred meters to the riverbank, and boat launch. The property is pet friendly with the area around the house fenced off. Rutherglen wineries are a short drive.

Just a two-hour drive from Adelaide, it offers a riverside location with incredible views and private river access. Amidst a picturesque gum-studded landscape, you can relish the tranquility and even spot the occasional kangaroo, echidna, or tawny frogmouth that frequent the area.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Our beautiful holiday home is located conveniently near the Mannum Township. Just a short 5 minute stroll to Mary Ann reserve and the Main Street. The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat. Private boat ramp, golf course, clubs, cafes and waterski school all close by. Per night price is for 4 guests. Bedroom 1 = King and Bedroom 2 = 2 singles beds. Unit can sleep 6. That Other Place

Central location, skiing in winter, biking in summer! Light filled 1 bedroom/Studio with some cooking facilities. Suits couple, small family, couple + 1. Squishy for 4 adults. ***winter 2026 is byo towels and linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price is altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen and towels please ask and I can arrange.

SUNSET COTTAGE - Mundic Waterfront Cottages

3 Bedroom Family sized self-contained cottage sleeping 6 people with balcony directly overlooking the water. This Cottage has a private jetty just meters away for boat mooring, fishing, swimming & canoeing. Set among large established gum trees & gardens with a working vineyard as a backdrop, this property is both peaceful & scenic.
