This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is situated in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. Wrightsville Beach, downtown, and Wilmington International Airport are all a short 15-20 minute drive. Local restaurants and shopping is a quick 5-10 minute drive. The backyard offers a shared fire pit and picnic table. Enjoy an evening walk around the pond filled with turtles, or cast a line and catch a bass or two. Sleeps 6. Can also accommodate 8 with queen air mattress.

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe!!

Cozy cottage conveniently located approximately 10 mins from downtown, the airport, and Wrightsville Beach! Have the entire place to yourself including a completely fenced in yard to bring your pet, full kitchen, and outdoor patio area with grill. Right across the street is Lewis Farm where you can walk to pick strawberries and blueberries and get homemade ice cream in the summer.
