The Heart of the City

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city at Paradeplatz. Very charming and lively area, just a 1-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse, the main shopping street. Perfectly located, 12 minutes on foot from the main station, 1 minute from tram stops, and only 5 minutes from the lake. This apartment is ideal for one person. It features a mini kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes towels and all the essentials. For non-smokers and calm tenants only.

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Cosy & central, lovely terrace over river & park

It's a lovely 2.5 room apartment located in the lively area of Wipkingen with a terrace over the river Limmat and Wipkinger Park. You can start your morning with a cup of good coffee and get going around by nearby public transportation or by my old bicycle. Great for couples, also with babies/kids (nearby playground and doors with better soundproof system). Great for home-office: a monitor available if requested.
