Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. The Potting Shed - This off grid design led hideaway is the perfect romantic getaway for nature lovers. Quirky interiors gleaming with vintage finds, recycled materials and rustic , rural charm in a botanical colour palette. A short walk through our meadow, passing our miniature ponies, takes you to the orchard and veggie plot where you are invited to sample our seasonal fruits, herbs and vegetables. Embracing the outdoors but still providing modern luxuries and practical conveniences.

The Oak Luxury Shepherds Hut

The Oak is our luxury shepherds hut, it is situated on its own in a young orchard on our family farm. It is surrounded by beautiful farmland which makes the stay very peaceful. The oak is within walking distance to pubs, shops and a great cafe! It has been thoughtfully kitted out from top to bottom with underfloor heating, en-suite shower, king size bed, Netflix etc, oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee machine and much more. Outside there is a wood fired hot tub and pizza oven!

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
