The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 6-year old daughter and dog. We're live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.

This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Shelby Suite is an amazing location in the Historic Edgefield neighborhood of East Nashville. It is close to downtown as well as all the small businesses that make East Nashville such a great place to visit. We are within walking distance to Five Points, downtown, Sky Blue Cafe, Shelby Park, East Park, Turnip Truck, Butcher and Bee, Basement East, Smith and Lentz, Edley's BBQ, Ascend Amphitheatre, Shoppes at Fatherland, Nissan Stadium, and many more.
