Cozy independent guest house for 2 guest maximum, with your own private bathroom, and free parking on the street. With all the amenities to be comfortable during your stay. Street parking is safe in this neighborhood, and we have security cameras looking at the street for more security. Self checking available with code lock door for your convenience and independent mobility, no limits about how late you can arrive. The guest house is a small casita in my backyard but in an independent space.

It is a one bedroom apartment with your own private entrance, bedroom, private bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer, small kitchenette, TVs in the living room and bedroom, a convertible queen sofa bed, and free parking. This home is located in a great area in the northwest of Las Vegas. It is just 15 minutes to the strip, 10 to the speedway, 5 from restaurants and shopping.
