Welcome to the tidy and comfortable hobbit home apartment - convenient to the airport, Tahunanui Beach and Nelson city centre, and a great base for trips to the Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes parks. Enjoy views of the sea and port hills from the private decks and garden. The ground floor apartment is self-contained, self-catered and has its own private entrance. 1 km from the bus (#4) stop. Walking into Nelson City Centre (downhill): ~15-20 minutes, ~20-25 minutes return (uphill)

Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.

The suite is located in a quiet, sunny, beautiful area surrounded by nature including native birds and native fauna. The bedroom is spacious and there is a free car park on the property. We are located near central Nelson, with a 25 minute walk to town or a 5 minute drive. Tāhunanui beach is a short 10 minute drive or 35 minute walk through a nature reserve.
