Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.

Guests have access to the amenities of Venture III's community pool, pickle-ball courts & community center, all located in a safe gated community. This home is 2 story, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a Futon in the enclosed patio area. The patio area offers a separate entrance with bathroom access with all doors opening up to the water.
