Welcome to the suite in the Lemon-Funk Bldg, a Queen Anne and Italianate-styled guest suite (1886), located a block from the Carnegie Center in downtown New Albany, IN. Sweet Stuff Bakery, Israel's, La Catrina, Dragon King's Daughter, & the Exchange are within walking distance with access to local shops. Your privacy is assured with a separating door from the rest of the house where the owner & an English bulldog live. Guests staying longer than a month are subject to additional cleaning fees.

The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.
