Cozy cabin nestled in the woods on my peaceful horse farm. It’s a 10x16 with 8x10 addition for toilet.Feed the horses from the fence-treats provided! Enjoy a ½-mile hiking trail around the pasture. No running water, but two 5-gallon jugs and wash basin are provided. Showers available at the main house. Water spigot behind log cabin. Incinerating toilet. Studio is furnished with full size bed, pull out couch, air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, & keurig + coffee pot. TV has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Cable. Other apps available to login. Approx 650 sq ft. Private parking and entrance. Fire pit available as well for use in the fall and summer upon request. No pets. No laundry hookup, but laundromat close by.

Amish Paradise

Amish Paradise has an open floor concept with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Going up the stairs we have a side view looking out an arched window into the woods. However, our favorite part of this home is the view from the wrap around deck!! It has a knock out Vista over looking our property and beyond to Marti Park! Did I mention that this house was once a true Amish Home?😉

The Great Escape

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!
