Overlooking the corner of Esplanade and Chartres, it’s the perfect place to people-watch while enjoying the pot pourri of sounds that drift over from the nearby markets, jazz clubs, and bustling Mississippi waterfront.

The 100 year old building was recently renovated into a licensed B&B. During the renovation we took care to keep the New Orleanian character of the home: the 12-foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, beautiful molding, and a jazzy blend of colors. Upstairs are six guest bedrooms. Downstairs is a spacious living room, dining room, and stocked kitchen. The rear of the building holds off-street parking and a huge back yard.
