Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

Built in 1913, this charming home has been fully restored. With 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath, family room and full kitchen, the Loft can comfortably sleep 4. Located blocks from Canal Street, you'll find an excellent assortment of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive/bike ride to the beach, making us the perfect spot for your getaway.

The Turtle Unit is located on the downstairs North side of our building with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean! Centrally located we are walking distance to Flagler Avenue which is a popular destination that offers shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. We are stocked with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach and take in the eclectic vibes that New Smyrna Beach has to offer! Pet friendly too!
