Ludivine’s place was exactly what I needed for my stay during my graduation weekend. Her place is really cute and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which came in handy when traveling with two other guests! The apartment was only 10 mins away from the University of Florida and was in a great location. Lots of food and shopping in a close proximity. The unit itself was very cute, clean, and even had games to play! There is a full kitchen and coffee maker, with coffee. Also a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry! Ludivine was very responsive and even let us know the apartment was ready for early check in. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in Gainesville!

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

Wow - this accommodation is a real dream! 5 stars in all categories. The house is perfectly located for exploring the springs in the area. It is even better than in the photos. Everything you need is there. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. My highlight: sitting on the terrace in the morning and evening and watching nature. We felt completely at home. Excellent value. Close to many restaurants and stores. Beds were very comfortable. We love trains so that did not bother us at all. Air conditioner and heat worked great. Very peaceful and quiet. Eric was a wonderful host, very communicative and kind.

The perfect location, especially if you’re looking for a quiet few days. The breakfast place around the block is great, so is the Brazilian restaurant and the coffee shop. Amazing, will stay again.

Very close to the track if you’re coming for BMX! We had a slight issue with some pricing but the host and Air B and B got it fixed. Clean and easy check in!

Alex was great with communicating prior to and after arrival. Driving directions and entry into the home were spot on. The home is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. It is very well maintained and presented very clean. Everything from the lighting, fans, A/C, Beds, pillows, cleanliness of showers were all amazing! This home is full of charm! Eclectic furnishings make this home so cool. There is an awesome little coffee and bakery shop right next-door that we visited both mornings we were there. Downtown High Springs is walking distance, one block away and is super charming if you’re into small town USA. I can’t say enough good about our stay with Alex in this comfortable home. House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

This was perfect for our stay! It was extremely clean and tidy. It’s in a beautiful location and the outside looks like a small house even though it’s a double wide.

We were in town to show at WEC. The house was a straight shot from WEC in a neighborhood. It was certainly not an upscale neighborhood, but it was fairly quiet and safe. The house was as described and my little dog enjoyed the back yard.

The place was beautiful and clean! They had extra towels and linens, and lots of utensils and cooking ware! Mustafa was friendly and responsive!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

Rental is exactly like the pictures and the host is a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions for everything you need to use the property. Location is very close to downtown Gainesville and a short drive to UF. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Parking can be slightly tricky with larger SUV’s, but there is definitely ample private parking available.

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere to unwind for a couple of days. The condo was perfect and we took advantage of the lovely weather and used the pool. Thank you Steven. We would certainly recommend your ab&b ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely Condominium. The place was perfect for our needs, it was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood and wasn’t too far from the UF campus. Brenda is an excellent host who is friendly and great at communication. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!!
