We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

Stay at Hidden Pines Cabins. Modern cabin tucked privately in the forest. Loaded with modern amenities make it perfect for a romantic getaway. Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Architectural charm in this newly renovated, eco-friendly guest suite, could be a destination in itself with a granite kitchen, open living/dining, large yard, patio, private outdoor fireplace and fountain, and brick courtyard. A block away are beaches, lighthouse, playgrounds and a seaside park. Beverly has historic theatres, top-notch dining, cafes and microbrews. Boston is conveniently 30 mins away; other attractions like museums, castles, trails, water sports and whale watching are nearby.

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

This is a private two bedroom one bathroom second floor suite in the owner occupied Tudor style Parker River House. Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the train to Boston, The Governor’s Academy and many outdoor recreational opportunities, the unit overlooks the Parker River and the Great Marsh. It offers a seasonal sleeping porch, a luxurious marble bathroom, large outside deck with a dining table, in unit laundry, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Private entrance and adjacent parking.

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.
