This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

A few minutes walk to bus stops (buses every 10 minutes), and easy close walk of 5-15 minutes to Auckland Domain and Museum, Auckland City Hospital, Parnell shopping centre and its many galleries, bars and restaurants, Newmarket shopping centre, Parnell railway station, Judges Bay and Spark arena.

Self contained private studio in central Parnell. The room has a super king bed or can be split to two singles (by request). Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. Located in the recently-completed Eden Green apartment complex, Our Place is a modern one-bedroom apartment with its own private patio and garden. We do not have off-street parking or parking in available in the building garage. A short stroll from Our Place is Mount Eden Village, full of cafes, restaurants, and specialty stores. Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.
