Please note the apartment does not come with a car park. You are able to park on the street outside the building - Paid parking $5/hour 8am -8pm. Free parking 8:pm to 8am. $2.50/hour weekends.

The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and newborn daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.

This is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment with great sun and views and a private deck looking out over Kilbirnie and Evans Bay. The apartment has separate access from the main house. Please note that there are stairs (14) leading to the front door. We can set the bedroom up with a king bed or two singles.
