⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kathleen's Airbnb, and we can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Kathleen takes great pride in her home. The space was immaculate—spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged, making it feel warm and inviting. Kathleen was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and generous throughout our stay. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out, which made the process so much easier for us. We arrived later than expected, and she kindly met us at the property to greet us and ensure we felt welcome. Her hospitality truly made a difference. One of the highlights was the breakfast she provided, which was not only delicious but also lasted throughout our entire stay. It was a wonderful touch that made our mornings extra special. Amanda’s home was fantastic! It’s updated, very comfortable and felt like home. The second bathroom in the basement is a nice plus, the neighborhood was great and quiet. The house was very easy to find as well. Amanda was quick to assist when needed. Stay here, you wont regret it!

Quiet neighborhood, cozy home, large outdoor space. We will try to stay here again next time we visit.

Absolutely loved the place for us and our 2 dogs! Was huge!! So much space inside and outside and all beautiful. Neighborhood is run down looking BUT quiet, empty streets and felt completely safe and comfortable here. Would definitely return to this place again!

We had a great time at this amazing lake front property. If I have the chance I’ll stay here again for sure! Adam was super helpful and a great host. Highly recommend staying here

Great spot conveniently located near arrowhead country club where we had a wedding. Great main floor for hanging out. Two of the bedrooms a bit smaller but lots of space in hallway to put things.

Gasport is not an overly populated place so I was thrilled to find this 4 bedroom that allowed us to stay together for the weekend. Toni was great with communication. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to Niagara Falls and Rochester the other way. And family close by. Would rent again!!

House was very comfortable, clean and so close to Niagara Falls and restaurants. Owners gave us very helpful advice about what to look for in the area. I would recommend staying there. It’s only 5 minutes from Niagara Falls.

This home went above and beyond what we expected. It was clean, cute, had all the amenities and many thoughtful extra touches. I could tell they really cared about making our stay enjoyable. The kids loved the ping pong table. It was also a super easy drive to Niagara. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely look into staying here.

Kelly and Mark are amazing hosts. Highly recommend them. They respond so fast and are helpful with any questions or needs. One of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with when using Airbnb.

We enjoyed our stay! Very conveniently located for visiting the falls. If you are looking for a place that is modern and pristine, this is not the place for you, BUT if you have a couple of teens and want to be able to spread out, this place is AMAZING and totally beats a hotel room any day! Having two bathrooms/showers for a family of four is also awesome. Great place for chilling after a long day of exploring the falls etc.

Frank’s place was walkable to the falls and local attractions, which was quite convenient. The parking pass at the local hotel also saved us from having to use street parking. We also appreciated that we could bring our dogs. Frank was very responsive when we had an issue with the heat and sent someone right away to remedy the problem.

I’m very happy with my stay! The beds were actually very comfortable! That’s sometimes hard to come by. Perfect place for my kids and I to stay.

Great place, great host!! What a fantastic place to stay! Just a short drive to lots of fun things to do, amazing views and a quaint home. Honestly can’t recommend it enough. Susan also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We had a great time!

It was a nice and cozy stay at the house and the scenic view was so wonderful that I used it to propose to my girlfriend. Definitely going to return and would highly recommend!

The home was in walking distance of the most quaint little downtown area with restaurants and antique stores and coffee shops. It was right across from the water and a wonder restaurant that we placed take out orders and walked over to pick up our dinner. The home had plenty of room and fit our 6 guests wonderfully. It was clean but I believe newly renovated so hopefully as time goes on they get to the little things like blinds that aren’t broken, how to adjust the heat and tvs in all the rooms. But for our purposes it was just right!

Exactly as described. Short drive to the falls. Wayne sent very clear and well detailed instructions about the place and everything we needed to know. Friendly and flexible with our group. Super responsive. The space was great for our family reunion of 14 people with space large enough for all of us together, as well as separated for the kids to hang out separately.

This was my very first experience with Airb&b and it was a delightful one. This is a very spacious, clean home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and so much nicer than a hotel. The price was much much better than hotel rates and the home location was very convenient to all the things Buffalo has to offer. The response from Joseph & co-hosts was quick and professional. We will definitely book this location again when we visit our family in Buffalo!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was a good fit for our family (my wife and I with 3 adult-sized kids). No hassles or hang ups getting in or checking out.
