Komfortable helle Ferienwohnung 3*** DTV, (80m²) im Dachgeschoss mit Gartensitzplatz und Grill. Direkt an Kyll- und Waldrand gelegen ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Die Wohnung ist über das Treppenhaus von außen direkt erreichbar, hat einen Stellplatz, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder oder Motorräder. Für Informationen und Auskünfte sind wir vor Ort erreichbar und helfen gerne bei der Planung von Wanderungen und Ausflügen. Freibad in Kyllburg; Freizeiterlebnisbad Cascade und Führungen in der Bitburger Brauerei; 18-Loch-Golfanlage in Burbach Während der Fischereisaison von 15. März bis 15. Oktober können Angler mit einem gültigen Bundesfischreischein Angelscheine für die Kyll beim Gastgeber erwerben. Eine Sehenswürdigkeit ist die Zisterzienserinnenabtei St. Thomas, heute ein Exerzitienhaus des Bistums Trier.

It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley.
