We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet and private. It was easy to settle in and we felt right at home. We loved that we were close to the shopping centre and local cafes. A lovely nature walk is within easy walking distance. The ‘Granny’ flat had all that we needed for a very comfortable and cosy stay. Glenis and Adi were only too happy to help if needed. They were friendly and also allowed us to have our privacy. A lovely place indeed!

We had such a lovely stay, a really beautiful and comfortable house in a peaceful location not too far from Melbourne. Thankyou andrew and simone for being so responsive and thoughtful

We were in the Yarra Valley for a family wedding. The house was perfect for a group getting ready for a wedding. The bedrooms are large. There are 2 living spaces and 2 outdoor spaces, giving ample seperation so no one felt on top of each other. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The area was very quiet which was perfect for us. The surrounding area is very picturesque and well located for the various functions that we attended. The house was very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The space was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the backyard; it was beautifully maintained and a great spot to unwind. The home had everything I needed and made for a very comfortable stay. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay in the area.

We absolutely love staying at this air bnb. If you have young children don’t think twice! This is our second time staying with our toddler and the apartment is perfect with children- our son gets so excited and it makes it so easy for us as parents not having to lug around toys or things for him to play with. The apartment itself if gorgeous and comfortable with great shower pressure and the complex is new and beautiful. We particularly love the area- it’s a five minute walk to many of the main shopping malls and there are so many good restaurants and coffee shops. I can’t see us staying anywhere else when we go to Melbourne from now on!

Absolutely loved our stay at Anthony’s place, it exceeded our expectations and we will plan to come back again later in the year. Affordable, clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything within walking distance. Loved that there were two comfy couches for my husband and I to stretch out and relax on. You don’t get that in most small airbnb’s. It felt like a home away from home. The bathroom is basic and an older style but that didn’t bother us. Everything was super clean and tidy with hotel style linen and towels.

This was our third stay in this apartment, need I say more? The location is fantastic, easy walk to laneways, galleries, shopping and transport. Close to great restaurants, bars and comedy venues during the festival. Hosts are friendly and responsive and the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Melbourne.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the appliances to the little touches that made us feel right at home. This is a perfect example of how a business should be run on Airbnb. The location is also fantastic — close to parks, great restaurants, and a large supermarket just across the street. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great central location. Car park is very tight but that is the building design and nothing to do with the parent itself. Don’t use with large car. The location. Was fantastic!

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
