Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ik schrijf normaal nooit een recensie maar voor dit app wil ik een uitzondering maken. Het is een TOP appartement, super proper, ruim, voldoet volledig aan de beschrijving en de verwachtingen. Beste Valerie en Andre, mijn gezin en ik komen graag nog eens terug.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Petit logement bien agencé, le quartier est très calme et le stationnement facile dans la rue. La literie est très bonne. Attention cependant aux personnes ayant des difficultés car les escaliers pour accéder au logement sont petits et assez raides.

We stayed 10 days at Nick’s place and felt right at home. The living room is spacious with a large sofa and a dedicated work desk. The location is superb with metro station 2mins away for local transport, 10 mins walk to Noord station for intercity trains, and all major tourist attractions under 15 mins walk. Shops and small eats are right nearby. The communication is great with the host, very responsive and helpful. We cancelled a final night with short notice and Nick approved the request without problem. He even walked us to the Noord station to help us get the many luggage onto the train. I would highly recommend Nick’s place to anyone staying in Brussels.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Aris & Akira, dieses Mal in einem größeren Airbnb. Die Lage ist super zentral, man erreicht alles fußläufig ohne dass es nachts laut sein könnte. In direkter Umgebung sind sehr viele schöne Gassen und Wege, um einfach mal das Viertel zu erkunden. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation waren wieder einmal äußerst freundlich, wir konnten sogar bereits sehr früh in das Airbnb. Alles war sauber, die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und das Bett auch für diejenigen geeignet, die Probleme mit weichen Matratzen haben! Wir haben sehr gut schlafen können, hatten einen angenehmen und schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit ein drittes Mal wieder ;)

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

Accueil très chaleureux, le logement est situé tout près de la gare ce qui nous a permis d'aller en train vers Bruxelles, Gand et Bruges. Très beau appartement lumineux et bien équipé. À conseiller

Rudy’s place is in a great location, within walking distance to the center. Super easy! Rudy is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and very flexible! I wished we could have stayed longer in his place. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to be near the center.

A really nice spacious flat located close to central Brussels. The central train station, grocery shops are all in easy walking distance. Leandro was really responsive to any questions we had, and provided some great suggestions while we were staying. I thoroughly recommend this Airbnb if you are visiting Brussels.

Bien situé, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied. Bouche de métro ligne 2 et 6 juste devant la porte de l'immeuble. On n'entend pas le boulevard depuis les chambres (ce qui était une légère inquiétude avant notre arrivée). Confortable.

Conforme au descriptif, hôte accueillant, appartement impeccable, environnement calme. Tout est a disposition, cuisine complète, draps, couette, oreillers etc... Je recommande vivement !

Le séjour était parfait le seul petit bémol je dirais le jaccuzi à 33 degré, alors que dehors il faisais pas trop chaud. Mais sinon tout était parfait

Super accueil chez Amandine. Le logement était très propre, nous avons pu profiter de la balnéo sans aucun problèmes. Logement moderne et bien équipés. Idéalement situés. Nous avons profité de visiter le quartiers.

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

J’ai adoré mon séjour , logement unique et hôtes + que réactif en cas de besoin. Je recommande sans hésité !!😁

Jennifer est une hôte très accueillante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement était très propre. Facile d’accès et place de parking juste devant. Les petites attentions comme le café, jus de fruits et gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner sont un plus bien apprécié.

Vraiment TOP. Tout est bien pensé et propre. Nous avons passé un super moment. Nous recommandons.
