This house was spectacular. It had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway from reality! You can easily tell that she has put a lot of care and thought into this Airbnb. From having every single thing we needed to cook (some airbnbs leave the kitchen bare- not this one! Had lots of spices, tuber ware, all cooking utensils) to having enough games to keep the kids occupied each night, it was awesome. There wasn’t a detail in this house that was missed. We are already planning our return trip!

Spot with good amenities in a secluded area in Cub Run. Public road cuts by near rear deck eliminating some privacy, but overall experience at location exceptional.

We enjoyed a family vacation with four adults and four kids aged 6-9. Pros- clean beautiful home and property. We all enjoyed the hot tub, and the swings around the fire pit. The house was private and spacious. Everyone loved the game room. It was about a 30 min drive to mammoth caves, which we went to most days to see caves and hike. After our outings we enjoyed a lot of time at the house playing board games and hot tubbing. Cons- my husband had to do some figuring out to get the hot tub to heat properly the first night. The outdoor furniture was a little lacking, it would have been nice to have a patio table for dining/playing games. Considerations- not exactly pros or cons but things I would want to know ahead of time- the area is very rural, which was peaceful and what we were looking for, but a drive to a lot of attractions. The house is on a large hill that I wouldn’t like for toddler aged kids. There isn’t really lake access at the house, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Sandra and Mary both were very helpful with answering any questions we had. The home was super spacious and hosted our big group of family very well! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to not leave and really enjoy the weather and views!

Beautiful home with more than enough space for a large group. Well equipped with everything we needed to prep meals and feel at home while we stayed. Rachel was responsive and helped with any questions or issues we had while we stayed. The only issue we had was the hot tub... it was quite dirty with a lot of floating debris which led to us deciding not to use it. Other than that the place was wonderful and we would absolutely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The house was in perfect condition. We enjoyed the screened in porch to most! The house was fully stocked and every imaginable thing that you might need was provided. Very easy, very clean, we felt at home. 10/10 recommend!!

This place was perfect! It’s a short drive to local attractions but peaceful. We even had turkeys in the yard when we arrived :). The hot tub and fire pit were great amenities too. We felt right at home and Julia was super responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!

Probably the best air bnb experience any of us had ever had. Felt like we were at a friend’s place vs a rental… the house is incredibly well stocked and comfortable, from the kitchen to the linens and activities and games. The various outdoor spaces were a dream and even though it rained all weekend we were able to enjoy the outdoors. The house is beautiful, the kids LOVED the bunk room (the secret aspect was so cool!). We hope to be back, and wish the owners lots of success with their new property. It was awesome!

The cabin is beautiful. My family had a wonderful time. We can't wait to come back again.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was just my husband, my adult daughter and me, but the space is very ideal for a larger family and very kid friendly. The location was close to Mammoth Cave, Horse Cave, Cave City, and Bowling Green, which were all places we visited while there. We enjoyed the Gothic tour at Mammoth cave and the tour at Hidden River Cave in Horse Cave. The guest contact, Beth, was very responsive to my questions and very sweet at giving us information on the area. The cabin itself is quite out there (in terms of location) but we don't mind that. We don't mind driving a ways in order to get a cabin that is comfortable and offers a nice location. Due to the recent flooding we didn't visit Nolan Lake and some other areas but KY never disappoints. It is a beautiful state and we will be back some day (been there twice now). I would highly recommend this stay. I was very pleased.

Great place to stay! Follow the written driving directions.. not the gps.. as stated in said driving directions lol!

We've stayed at a lot of cabins for fall and spring breaks with our kids & this is one of our absolute favorites! Everything was clean & comfortable, the hot tub is fantastic, and the layout of the house worked well for our family (kids in the basement, mom + dad in the upstairs master). There's an incredible amount of deck space (three levels!), and having coffee outside each morning was a highlight for me. The 18-hole disc golf course is a unique feature! My 7-year-old is just getting into disc golf, and we liked that we could just take him out to play a couple of holes at a time after spending the day doing other activities. A couple of things to know: (1) Grocery stores are few & far between in the area, so plan to bring most of what you need with you or to eat at local restaurants while you're out and about, (2) If you're visiting Mammoth Cave, look up information about the Green River Ferry -- not only is it a fun experience but it will save you a ton of driving time.

A wonderful cabin to feel lost in. We did day trips to mammoth. Was a bit far but ultimately not bad at all! Kitchen was great! Good dining room for games and big dinners. Beds were cozy. Decor was nice!

We vacationed here as a part of spring break with our friends and their kids, there were 9 of us in total. The house was very spacious, clean and Nick and Laura were the best hosts. We stayed here as a part of a plan to visit the Mammoth Caves (which was about a 40 min drive). It was very quiet, private and a great place for the kids to explore. The house was very clean, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for cooking/baking. We had a great time. Highly recommend.
