We are located on a quiet street, and just a couple of kilometers away from the highway, Tim Hortons, and a gas station. Downtown is only minutes away, and the shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive. We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The living room and bedrooms bask in the sun!

The Loft

Loft of Victorian home downtown Fredericton. Cozy and comfortable loft apartment. Includes two queen size beds, heat/air conditioning pump, stand up shower, private outside deck with gazebo, free parking, keyless entry, large tv, free wifi. All the conveniences of Downtown Fredericton are within walking distance. Loft includes large kitchen table as well as island. A large desk is offered for anyone wishing to do additional work as well as a large book nook area for those wishing to relax.

Heaven Inn Devon “The Attic”

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment (one king bed and one full size bed) + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 square feet originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge, downtown, several restaurants and breweries. Security cameras are on all exterior doors of our property

Loons Nest

Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
