This house is a true gem in Lofoten — peaceful, beautiful, cosy, and wonderfully private all at once. Inside, it’s spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. Runa and Johan are exceptional hosts — thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely warm. One memorable example of their kindness happened while we were in Svolvær. A rockfall occurred on the E10 road near Røvik, which led to the road being closed and made it impossible for us to drive back to our accommodation. Fortunately, Runa and Johan went above and beyond to help us. They not only offered us helpful advice, but also kindly drove to the harbor to pick us up and brought us safely back to the house. We are truly grateful for their generosity and support — they made our stay even more special.

Thank you Ane for a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin, it was spotless, spacious and warm. We didn't want to leave! We highly recommend a stay here, Ane is brilliant at responding to messages and very helpful with ensuring we had everything we needed. Parking is right outside which is great, overall great value for money.

Wow, what an incredible experience. All the comfort and modern luxury set amongst the harsh environment makes for memories that will last a very long time. Our entire family enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything about the accommodation was very well thought out, practical, modern, comfortable, fully equipped and visually stunning. Credit to Cato & Solveig for putting so much love and effort into turning this piece of history into something that anyone who cares to visit to enjoy. The were lovely hosts to interact with. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans le logement de Henny Karoline, et c’était un plaisir. L’appartement était extrêmement propre, et bien rangé. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire et la place de parking est un plus. Je recommande fortement.

We had an amazing stay at Kine's place! Kine was such a friendly and responsive host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The atmosphere of the house was fantastic, and it comfortably fit all five of us. The location is stunning, with incredible views right in front of the jetty. The home appliances were also top-notch, making our stay even more convenient and comfortable. To top it off, we were able to watch the northern lights from the yard – an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Anne Kristin’s place was the perfect place for a two day stay, beautiful surroundings and privacy. Anne gave us clear instructions about check in, check out and how things like radiators and kitchen work, totally recommend it

I really enjoyed this cute little house located in the heart of Senja near all the nice photography spots! House is super cute! And I really liked all the attention to details from the host..such as giving my two Senja beers from a local brewery! Nice touch!

Jamies van was just what we needed. It was perfect to see Lofoten on our own pace and explore wherever we wanted. The bed is comfortable which is all you really need.

Fin og romslig leilighet veldig sentralt i Harstad. Siv Linda svarte raskt på alle spørsmål og var veldig hjelpsom med å tilrettelegge for at vi kunne ha med oss ettåringen. Nydelig utsikt!

For oss var dette det perfekte stedet. Stor balkong, gode senger, i gangavstand til alt. Et godt hus å bo i. Kommer gjerne tilbake v anl. Anbefales.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The place is beautiful and in a great location. Plenty of space and great amenities available. The shower was great! Hege was really responsive and really helpful. I can’t fault it. I had a great stay and would love to stay again!

We have been to many Airbnbs. I can truly say that this was the best… very spacious in a beautiful area of Lofoten. The house comfortably has space for eight people with all the amenities that make the stay fully enjoyable. Breathtaking views, wildlife sightings and Northern Lights just added to the charm and made our stay unforgettable! I can fully recommend this Airbnb and the host is very gracious and responsive. This property is beyond amazing! Absolutely perfect. The design of the home and its placement overlooking the sea makes it feel like you are outdoors. This home is even nicer than the pictures. Separate bedroom wing with comfortable beds. The most well-equipped kitchen ever! The long driveway out to the house adds to the feeling of wonderment and seclusion. Our expectations were blown away! We visited in early October and had 4&1/2 perfect days. Aurora Borealis were easily seen from the house all 4 nights and an early morning. The pebble/rock beach onsite was a grand adventure after trekking through some squishy spring-filled turf (bring waterproof boots). We were sad to leave and sad that we didn’t have a rainy day to simply sit inside and read from the owner’s collection of amazing books. This home, like Lofoten, is a magical fairytale-like place.

Beautifully designed cottage by the seaside - very stunning views from the windows Spacious enough for 4 people, the well-equipped kitchen is also a big plus - highly recommended!

Tor is the best host because he us thoughtful, helpful, and caring. Our family loved our snow days in his home because it was warm, cozy, and felt like home. Tor provided some fish he caught from the fjord for us to have and it was wonderful. This is the best overall stay my family has had in 4 international vacations. We hope to return for summer. We all slept so well in the cozy beds. The views were unbelievable. We enjoyed playing cards and chess. Kitchen is very well stocked and grocery store is 10 minutes away. HIGHLY recommend Tor and his summer home.

Lovely home in such a beautiful location! I agree with another reviewer that the photos online do not fully do the home or peaceful surroundings justice. The inside was cozy, bright and clean. The outside had so many amenities including a boat, kayak, SUPs, hot tub and barbecue. There were multiple outside areas to sit, relax and enjoy the amazing view. Steinar and Sissel were so kind, even buying some groceries for us before our arrival since the supermarket was closed on Sundays. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again … highly recommend!

We loved staying at Henrik’s home in Gimsøya. ☺️ We felt right at home and even though the weather wasn’t what we were hoping for it ended up being the perfect place for a cozy stay. Henrik was very helpful & responsive and provided a great spa recommendation for us. Would definitely recommend !

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view. It is on a skinny road, and we were concerned it would be hard getting out after snow fell all night, but a plow came through in the morning. In the summer, with the foliage in bloom, this must be a lovely neighborhood to stay in! Even in the snowy season, it was beautiful . There are a lot of lights in the neighborhood, so it wasn't the best place in some directions probably to watch for the Northern Lights, but we highly recommend.
