The host was very responsive and their modern apartment was wonderful! Lots of natural lighting, comfortable beds, easy parking, and seamless check-in. The location was convenient to everything we needed, from coffee shops and restaurants to convenience stores and shopping. It’s also convenient to both MIT and Harvard campuses as well. Would highly recommend staying here!

The place was perfect for our trip to the Boston Marathon. Easy access to downtown and a quick trip to the start line to drop off our runner the day of the marathon. Mark was very responsive, check in and check out were super easy.

Mark was a super host, very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was very clean, very accessible and very convenient. All the comforts of home are there, whether staying short term or long term. The building has parking, elevator, friendly residents, all the amenities that one could wish for. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need- from dishes to pots and pans to ovens, etc. The building is located at the transition between residential neighborhood and post-industrial spaces, so the views aren't the best, but the convenience, cleanliness, amenities all more than make up for lack of scenery. The commuter rail is one block away, as is Town Hall and the Town Square. Moody Street - one block away -- has many restaurants from diverse cultures, and there is a great movie house just a few blocks away. And Mark's friendly and proactive support really makes this a great place to stay, for business or personal trips. Thank you for a great, positive experience!

First time staying in a apartment boy was it great the apt was huge it was bigger then some of the houses we’ve stayed in there was about 6 balconies one balcony was so big you can run the 60 yard dash every room had there own bathroom all the rooms was very spacious the kitchen was was amazing one of the best things was the elevator opening up right into the apartment thank you so much I’ll be booking another GREAT PLACE

Jonas was an amazing host during our visit to Harvard. She went above and beyond for our situation; we didn't know the area and needed to be close to Harvard. Jonas was very helpful navigating us from the airport to Harvard. Overall the place felt like home and we look forward to visiting Jonas in future Harvard trips.

Our stay was fantastic! We were 2 moms w/ college aged daughters & the apartment was plenty big for the 4 of us. The building itself is beautiful- great lobby. Daughters used the gym & said it was well equipped. Location can’t be beat. Easy to walk everywhere or T stations nearby. Host was very responsive & flexible. We did not spend a ton of time in the unit (we were here to explore Boston!) but it has a full kitchen- well appointed & a full washer/dryer. Highly recommend & hope to be back soon, thanks for a great stay!

Javier was such a wonderful host and a kind person! This place was perfect for me was able to go on hikes but also close enough to public transportation to get to downtown Boston.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Aida und Jim waren überaus freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht (insbesondere in der Küche) auch mit den anderen Mitbewohner lief alles problemlos. Danke

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Vanna and Jenny are two of the friendliest people I've met, and this place felt like home to me. The house itself is very modern, and the room has plenty of natural light and everything you would expect in a bedroom in your own home. Vanna and Jenny made sure I had privacy in my room while still giving me the opportunity to socialize and hang out outside. Lastly, this review would be incomplete without mentioning how awesome Carbon was! Carbon changed my opinion about pit bulls. He is a very well-behaved dog and extremely sweet and friendly. I highly recommend this place! 10/10.

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

I cannot thank Nicole enough for our comfortable, cozy stay! Everything was just lovely, and breathtakingly clean - not a spot of anywhere (hard to achieve!). The house had everything we needed and every detail was carefully thought out: warm light temperature bulbs in the lamps, tasteful accents and touches, beatiful furniture. Not to mention blankets to snuggle in, comfy beds, and a beautiful view of the winter woods. I hope we can stay next time we visit my folks in Duxbury!

Frederick and Sabina’s place was super clean, private, and had a super easy 20 minute commute (via commuter rail) into downtown Boston. Hosts are very sweet, responsive, and kind.

Private room made you feel at home. Host is accommodating and always nearby to help. House is in the quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. Parking is available near the house 6pm-8am. During the day parking is on the other street 5 min from the house. Going for a run pm feels safe. Area is hilly but 5-10 km friendly.

We had the perfect stay. The place was beautiful. The scenery was great. 100% will recommend very peaceful.

Nice place. The downstairs area does get cold in the winter timd, so maybe some insulation under the front door and the door in the located in kitchen are needed eventually. A lot of heat get lost from those 2 doors. Other than that, awesome place!

My family visited Scituate to see the area before my daughter’s upcoming wedding in the fall. The house is warm and inviting and we felt right at home. We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog and the sauna and hot tub. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need to eat in it if you want. We were only there for a long weekend but left feeling like we had all had a mini vacation and fell in love with Scituate.
