There is a queen bed and a single bed pull out. Certainly enough for a couple or someone with one child or friend. There is on site parking for 1 car in plenty of paid parking across the street. No daily rentals, 3 day min, weekly or monthly.

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Couples Getaway: Hampton Beach Oceanview Studio

New studio condo on the top floor with an oceanview from the balcony. To get on the beach, you will need to cross Ocean Boulevard and walk on the sidewalk for a little stroll to get to the opening that leads to the beach. The main beach nightlife is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Fireworks photos on my listing were taken by a guest from OUR balcony. My husband and I are nearby and can accommodate your needs in a timely manner. We like to keep our place neat, clean and modern.
