Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

Steps to North Beach Paradise

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A few steps to North Beach and Hampton's main beach as well. Full kitchen with stainless appliances and outdoor BBQ. Enjoy family meals on the patio. Take a walk or ride your bike to Hampton's center and watch the weekly fireworks. Rental includes all linens and bath towels, use of beach buggy and boogie boards. Sorry, no pets or indoor smoking/vaping, etc.

"Oyster River Flat" new construction, walk to town

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.
