I had an amazing stay at this place. Location was fantastic, easy to find and VERY strategic with plenty of convenient stores nearby (and also a very nice coffee shop!). Rosalinda was really responsive and gave clear instructions, so everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Host also made sure everything was comfortable with plenty of towels, extra pillows and even bolsters. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Plus, having nice and helpful security guards was a huge bonus, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!!

Super room in a fantastic location. Arief was very friendly and helpful. Chinatown and Kota are both are short walk from the apartment. The amenities are great especially the washing machine. Jakarta is very hot and humid so the washer came in handy. Great overall experience here.

Great place to stay in, and plenty of materials to gorge yourselves into. There's a collection of CD's and a player in the living room. If you love Star Wars, definitely a place to visit.

It’s very comfortable stayed here for a few days. The atmosphere is peaceful, not too noisy. It’s really beneficial for those who want to relax. I will definitely come back here again.

I stayed at Kumala for 2 months. The rooms are very clean, and staff is very kind. During my stay I had some minor problems with the room facilities, but they were very responsive and alsways solved the things very fast. They offer breakfast which often is Indonesian based which i liked a lot. The place truly gives Bali vibes as well. The only thing that is a minus is the prayers from the near Mosques. This is However not something they are in fault with. I can definitely recommend and would return if I’m back again.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely loved the basketball court! Thank you!!

Angenehme Oase in Jakarta Abgetrennt von der Hauptstrasse mit schönen Außenanlagen und großem Gemeinschaftsraum. Auch der Pool ist groß und super zum abkühlen. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Rumah tertata dengan rapi dan bersih. Peralatan memasak lengkap. Pak Ipul sangat membantu dan baik. Responsif dan selalu memberikan pengarahan. lokasi strategis di pusat ibu Kota. Kuliner mudah dicari. Liburan akhir tahun, melihat kembang api di bundaran HI sangat dekat. Terima kasih. Lain kesempatan, akan berkunjung kembali.
