We enjoyed the location of this upstairs apartment during our stay in Little Rock. Super safe surroundings, very pet friendly, and the neighborhood is just charming!! The owner of the home was super fast to send us checking instructions and we loved the quirky, eclectic decor all over the space. We felt very safe here and it's very spacious for a one bedroom place. It had absolutely everything we needed. Plus, you'll be super close to amazing unique bakeries and restraints, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Laura’s. It was conveniently located to many things. We enjoyed the zoo and some shopping. The complex was very quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable.

First time in Arkansas, and coming from AZ, the historic home is so fun to see how different they are from my state. The place was in a walkable area, so getting to places and the river was so easy. The home was neat, pretty, and overall very cozy for the stay. It had what we needed and then some and I couldn't ask for anything less! Thank you for hospitality, i recommend it for anyone in the area and wanting a cute neighborhood to see and coming home to a pretty scenic house.

This was our second time staying at Kristy’s house and we loved it just as much as the first time! The house is in the Hillcrest neighborhood, which is a super safe and family friendly neighborhood that is walkable to great restaurants, coffee, shops, bars and grocery stores. Kristy was Very responsive. The beds are super comfortable And the large chair in the living room is super cozy! We felt right at home and will continue to use Kristy’s house when we are in town!

I travel to Little Rock several times a month to work but live elsewhere, so I use the Historic Craftsman as my home base when in LR. Features that I like include things you sometimes do not find in other AirBnB's such as (1) modern washer and dryer, (2) roomy closet with good wooden hangars, (3) king-sized bed, (4) counter/cabinet lights in kitchen area, (4) dimmer switch for lights in main living room, (5) low step, easy entry shower, and (6) an outdoor porch, which is really nice for morning coffee or afternoon snacks. Every appliance works and the place is always clean and neat. Angela really is a super host. She lives in the adjacent property and can solve any issue that happens to crop up in a very short time. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and all my experiences have been positive!

Omg! Holly is one of the sweetest host my boyfriend and I ever came across. She was super friendly and quick with her responses! Also was checking in and making sure we were doing okay, and that was refreshing! Her place was in the best location for our purpose of coming into town for a wedding we were attending. It was also super clean and the added snacks she provided were just another reason why Holly is the best! If you are contemplating -don’t, book this place. You won’t regret it 💛

We had a situation with home renovation and needed a place with short notice close to home. Anna was so fast with arrangements and even allowed early check in. We appreciated it greatly.

We were in Conway for a softball tournament at City of Colleges Park. The ballpark does not allow dogs. : ( Fortunately Troy came to the rescue and had this nice rental with a fenced yard just a short drive from the park. House was almost brand new and very clean. He let us check in early so that we could get Piper some exercise in the back yard and then get her kenneled in the house while we were at the ballgame. Floors are all hard surface with no carpet so I would advise bringing your dog's bed. Neighborhood very quiet. All we heard was a peacock when we sat outside one morning. Nice safe family subdivision in somewhat rural area but just a short drive into Conway business district. Was perfect for our needs.

Great stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the photos! Hosts were awesome and quick to respond when messaging them. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone!

Home was just as described and host was very receptive. Allowed us to check in an hour early which we really appreciated as well as move our original dates due to inclement weather. Home was clean however there were a dirty sponge in sink and loofas in bathroom shower. These items probably should have been disposed of by cleaning crew prior to our check in. Would also benefit from extra blankets as one of our guest did get chilled at night plus side the AC worked fantastic. All in all we enjoyed our stay felt comfortable in the home and would consider staying here again.

This was a comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and seemed safe. The house was clean and the location was easy to get to major highways. There was coffee and snacks provided and the kitchen had needed items for a stay. It worked great for 4 of us. As in a few reviews, the beds were just okay. They made a lot of squeaks and scrunches, but otherwise the place was good.

Crystal saved the day with one of the most reasonably priced places during a late-in-the-game eclipse visit. It turned out to be a perfect place, easy walking distance to a local park! The house was exactly as expected and everything was great. Comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood, exactly what my friend and I were looking for! Crystal was very responsive and friendly and left easy instructions. I also didn't expect to love Little Rock, but I did! And if I'm ever back, I'd happily stay here again!

Joyce & Jerry were very accommodating & helpful. The AirBnB was very nice, great location & we all felt like we were at home. Very relaxing atmosphere! My go-to when traveling to Little Rock!

We found ourselves in a crunch when we needed a place to stay in between moving from North Carolina to Arizona and found the spot in Little Rock where I could work from home for a month with my small dog the pictures do not do it justice. It’s a much nicer place than the pictures would have you think it is. The area with centrally located there was all kinds of restaurants around and stores. I felt safe there. There were other Airbnb beers in the same building. I even had to cancel part of my reservation and leave early because I was able to get back on the road and Ruth worked with me to refund me some of that money which most host would not do it at all. Thank you Ruth. We appreciate you and we really enjoyed little rock. Thank you.

The unit was clean, confortable and cozy. We had an extended stay and felt right at home from day 1. The host was wonderful and kind. I would not hesitate to book - worth the cost as it's centrally located to various places. Will be keeping this unit in my favorites for the next time I visit Little Rock. Gracias Ruth y Familia!

An absolute delight to stay in Colby’s condo. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Very swanky neighborhood with one-of-a-kind shoppes & cafes close by.
