I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. On the main floor ( one story up) there is one master bedroom.There are two loft bedrooms accessed by a shipman’s ladder that each sleep three and a stage area that sleeps two more. The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

All bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the 2nd level with a half bath on the main level. We’ve got a 3 car wide driveway for parking. This home is located in a cul-da-sac in a family neighborhood.
