We had a great stay and are already dreaming of our next visit to Sivys’s. The house was full of essentials, nothing was overlooked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many local attractions. Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. No detail was forgotten, a true gem!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. Our recent stay at this home was simply the easiest and most beautiful vacation I've had. Ted answered our questions so quickly and made check in a breeze. The home is very well stocked for beach fun, a relaxing day be the pool in the backyard, or a restful nap in the quiet home. Just blocks from stores, beach, restaurants and a short drive to the Pier. The neighborhood is so quiet at night allowing us to peacefully relax outdoors. I really felt at home here and we will be using this home again upon our next visit. Thanks for making our vacation great.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus von Alex. Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich große Klasse, es ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, der Pool inkl. Whirlpool sind super. Alex war ein toller Gastgeber der sich sehr schnell auf Fragen zurück gemeldet hat. Ich empfehle zudem das tolle Gästebuch, welches Alex erstellt hat. Da gibt es alle hilfreichen Infos rund ums Haus. Herzlichen Dank Alex, wir kommen wieder!

Walking into the house was great. The Handbook outlined all the essentials on house operation & had great suggestions of local hotspots. The pictures lived up to reality & the beds were very comfortable, great water pressure & extra ice in the freezer. We said if you think of something you needed Adele had it. The screened in heated pool area was spacious, comfortable and the water temp was great. We used the spa tub bubbles to rejuvenate on the last day and should have used it everyday…yes the bubbles are that good. Would we rent again, YES!

Great spot! Very clean, great neighborhood with friendly people, spacious place - the master suite is gorgeous! Recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

This home has everything we needed to relax on our vacation. It is very clean, spacious (we are a family of 4), and the heated private pool was such a nice bonus! Tena met us at the house as soon as we arrived to give us a tour and to go over little details such as light switches for the outdoor space etc. The neighborhood itself was quiet and close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Both Tena and Tim were incredible hosts, and responded to any needs we had within minutes of texting. We highly recommend staying here!

Liked that the home was very roomy, vaulted ceilings, a spacey living area, a 6 chair dining table & a high chair for a baby. Manny was very communitive, making sure we got in Ok, Manny provides a detailed house guide with instructions. Little touches like the snack tray that was left for us, adding a couple of bottles of waters, makes you feel special. The heated pool with beach towels & lania furniture were great, so relaxing. Plenty of kitchen appliances. Downside I 75 is literally off the back yard. You can't see it, but you definitely hear the noise from all the traffic. Master bathroom only, weak water pressure. Internet connection on TV was spotty. Opportunitys didn't like the looks of frying pans or pots, didn't use. We did use the baking sheet & I had to wash them. one cutting board it was plastic & worn. We did have to clean the outdoor grill before use, Manny did communicate with us on getting the grill started. Overall we would stay with Manny again, lovely home. TY!!

We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

Adams’s place was just perfect for our stay! It was spotless and totally comfortable for all of us! Beds were great, kitchen had everything we might need. Adam was a fantastic host who made check in and check out a breeze, made great recommendations, and was helpful with any questions we had. Great location and accessible to so much! We will definitely be back!!!

We rented the home for a month, we found it peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the area is great for walking. It was very private and there are lots a good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Vanderbilt Beach Market on Saturday mornings. I would definitely rent this home again. Julie R

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and clean home for our stay in Bonita Springs! The house was absolutely immaculate, with every consideration made for helping you feel right at home and comfortable. The photos don't do justice to just how beautiful and clean the home is! We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Everything was great and the house was very nice. We stayed only for one night and we found everything was easy, and fast to setup. Thanks for everything!

House was perfect for our stay. Comfy beds and house was equiped with everything we needed. Ismail was fantastic. I had a bunch of questions before booking and he was super helpful. Would totally book again next time we are in town.

Kimberly’s home in Bonita Springs was perfect for us. It’s clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a beautifully warm pool. We were very comfortable and happy there. There was some construction noise but the lanai area was still very relaxing and quiet most of the time. There were a couple of dead bugs in the main living when we arrived but we didn’t have any issues with live bugs. The internet was fast and had great coverage throughout the house. We loved the big communal space - kitchen + dining room + family room all connected was awesome. Overall - great home base in Bonita Springs!

Amazing! The location was not only beautiful but so peaceful! Gorgeous scenery, and the yard is so private you forget there are other houses around. The heated pool and spa are a joy and the master suite feels like a true get away (I never want to leave that bath!!!). Sebastian and Naomi are the most responsive hosts and their goal was to make our stay as stress free as possible - and they excelled at it! Highly recommend!

Nilda was a great host, communicative and friendly. Loved the location , easy access to everything and tons to do in the local area. The home was comfortable and well equipped. Loved the pool area, peaceful and private. Hope to stay again next time we are in Naples :)
