We had a great stay and are already dreaming of our next visit to Sivys’s. The house was full of essentials, nothing was overlooked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many local attractions. Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. No detail was forgotten, a true gem!

Fantastic place to stay, everything was great, as described and we loved it. Super clean, great host, pool is perfect, shaded in the mornings. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly setup. Locations for walks, beaches, and restaurants is super convenient (we loved Naples 5th Avenue). Perfect fenced in yard for our dog, she loved it, and the area is great for walks, to the beach or along the street with canal views. We walked to Vanderbilt beach, but there is a parking lot so maybe drive. It was quite a walk (over 30mins). , we tried several other beaches and loved Lowdermilk park beach so do recommend that one. But go early as parking fills up fast especially on the weekends

This home has everything we needed to relax on our vacation. It is very clean, spacious (we are a family of 4), and the heated private pool was such a nice bonus! Tena met us at the house as soon as we arrived to give us a tour and to go over little details such as light switches for the outdoor space etc. The neighborhood itself was quiet and close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Both Tena and Tim were incredible hosts, and responded to any needs we had within minutes of texting. We highly recommend staying here!

Cozy, cute, very well renovated, with a lot of attention to detail. Location great with proximity to the beach, as well as grocery stores and the mall. We enjoyed our family time cooking in the kitchen and swimming in the beautiful pool area. We’ll look to stay here again in the future.

This place was great! No complaints whatsoever. Two families, we all were super comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and yard. Jasan was great at responding to any questions I had. Everything from checking in to checking out was super easy. Would definitely recommend Jasan’s place to anyone heading to Naples, FL. Thank you for having us!

Yasmina's listing was Exactly as stated. We arrived in the area earlier than planned, Yasmina was kind enough to allow us to check-in a little early. Very clean well-kept property inside and out. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with comfy bed linens, plenty of bath & hand towels as well as wash cloths in each bathroom. Washer and dryer came in handy as I was able to wash a couple loads of laundry. Close proximity to several beaches and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The Brown ;)

Great location to walk to many restaurants in a nice neighborhood. Loved having coffee outside to watch and listen to all the bird and the resident owl two houses down.

Great condo, very clean and accommodating! Easy beach access across the street and lots of restaurants close by. Pool was great and building was very well taken care of and secure. Host is very helpful and made checking in and out very easy. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful and squeaky CLEAN! The first thing we noticed walking in the front door was a very strong smell that was amazing and lasted the whole visit. The house had everything that we needed, comfortable beds, all toiletries, beach chairs, massage chair, stocked mini fridge, snacks and so much more. Pool was amazing and very clean!! Host was very responsive.

We stayed at this beautiful home for 17 nights..it was exactly as pictured…comfortable beds…beautiful furnishings…a lot of extras to make our stay enjoyable..the neighborhood was in a very desirable location, close to restaurants and grocery stores etc…very quiet wish we appreciated. We were met by Alex one of the property managers …I was locked out of my suitcase and Alex came to the rescue and had the right tool to take care of that for me so that started our stay on a 5 * review! The property managers were available should you need anything…their goal is to make sure your stay is everything you want it to bed! We also had a chance to meet Brian who is actually the owner of this beautiful home…he was soooo nice and he wanted to do whatever he could to make sure your stay was perfect….i would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is considering coming to Cape Coral…you don’t need to look further….Book this home you will be glad you did. 10 Stars **********!
