Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

Such a magical weekend, thank you for having us! It was so peaceful and the animals were all so beautiful (even if the alpacas were a bit cheeky) The hottub made a fabulous finish to each evening under the stars. We will definitely be coming again!

We just spent 2 nights at Fred and Charlotte's glamping retreat - and what a weekend! In a peaceful and private location, the accommodation is beautifully clean, well-equipped and was absolutely perfect for our group of 14! Especially loved the hot tub, fire pit area, spacious kitchen/ dining room and the on-site bar! We even had a yoga class in the field alongside the surrounding cows and horses! I would highly recommend to any other large groups looking for somewhere to stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

Me and my partner stayed here for our anniversary. Sarah greeted us at check in and was very accommodating. We massively over packed as everything that we needed was already there, Sarah has thought of everything. The yurts were very peaceful and felt like each one had privacy but also they all have a communal vibe. Log burner and hot tub were easy to use and the hot tub was already warm on arrival. Would definitely recommend Sarah’s place to others and we’re keen to go back with our children.

This was a work stay with 2 colleagues. It’s an ideal location, 5 mins from the office and the lovely Fleece Inn round the corner. Spacious house, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Beverley is a great host and very responsive. The milk in the fridge was really appreciated. We hope to be back soon.

if I would like to live in Birmingham in the future I would like to stay in this place for forever ,so beautiful home management,coffe ,cookies for breakfast,design absolutely perfect British home I felt like very familiar in this place always recommended for everyone!☺️

It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful setting. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. The cottage was very homely and we really appreciated the provisions provided. Personally, I was in horse heaven! Thank you so much, Caroline, Roger and Lucy. We definitely would want to come back.

We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to go for a couple of days and the barn at Badsey was perfect. The space itself is lovely with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The breakfast facilities (kettle, toaster etc) were enough for us as there were so many places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner. Our dog was pleased to be able to have a sniff around the garden.

Another wonderful stay at Liz’s accommodation in Oxley whilst visiting family. Accommodation clean and fresh as ever. Beautiful weather so able to do plenty of walks alongside the nearby canal network. Looking forward to my next visit already.

We had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful with a lovely garden, which our dog loved. Heather was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Lots of little touches that made our stay even better.

What can I say. For me it’s exactly what air bnb is all about.. quirky extremely well put together accommodation in a beautiful location! Canoes.. bikes.. cooking facilities.. food storage.. shower. Toilets. Areas to play., the tiny house is just amazing. Beds are great and stove is perfect! Sitting out on the decking with the fire pit watching the river and inquisitive cows 😂 while roasting marshmallows! It’s just all perfect. John was the perfect host and extremely helpful and his doggy is so friendly, thank you for sharing what you have built. we will most definitely be back soon! Chris and Louise

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

Had the most wonderful 3 nights in Cow Pen Cottage. Perfect location with a fantastic farm shop (Cobbs) next door selling fabulous top quality local produce to make wonderful breakfasts with. Wendy was so helpful, giving very clear instructions and points of interest to visit. The cottage is quaint & full of character but still has all the mod cons necessary. Wendy gave us a lovely warm welcome with strawberries & prosecco and chocolates by the bed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a very welcome addition each day. There were so many attractions within a very short drive and that made Cow Pen Cottage the perfect base to explore Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. We will definately be back some day. Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! Lovely, well kept and spacious. Beautiful views and peaceful location with lovely hot tub ready to enjoy straight away. Sara was very responsive when we needed a few extra things for the kitchen. Overall a great find

What a beautiful and special place! So many lovely little touches and such an interesting building! The surroundings are so pretty, much wildlife and it felt like it had its own Mediterranean micro climate! Sharon & Lulu were great hosts, so helpful and responsive. Really flexible on check in and check out times and provided local recommendations. This included Fords Kitchen, we were lucky enough to have Tom provide dinner one evening. The food was delicious and beautiful, also a complete stress free treat because he knows the venue and hosts! Having a yoga studio on site was a gorgeous addition. Lulu guided us through the most magical private yoga, breath work & sound bath. I very much hope to return! ❤️🥰

We Had a Great Time! we Enjoyed the lovely warm pool And the Hot tub, the views are amazing! The cottage is really cosy, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, we went to The Cotswold Farm Park for a day out- strongly recommended for families with small children. All in all a fabulous holiday we will definitely be coming back!
