Easy to get ahold of if there was issues, didnt bother me if i didnt need anything, fair and easy to deal with.

My stay at Dennis’s place was comfortable, easy, and restful. The apartment was clean and complete with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Dennis responded to questions promptly and was very friendly. This was my second stay here and I hope to come again!

Michael is a kind & thoughtful host. Responsive to any concerns & made extra effort to make me comfortable in the space (air purifier was good size for that space). He made sure I was felt safe/knew about the local foot traffic through the area. I had several evenings I visited friends, returning long after dark. There wad no issues with my full SUV & a roof top carrier parked on the ave. Michael mentioned I was a longer stay than his average guest. Therefore, he shared the special instructions for washer & dryer use. Lots of appliances in kitchen for creating small meals & there’s random kitchen extras most places don’t have. FYI - if you’re over 5’11”, the lower ceiling & a smaller shower space might feel like a restriction to some (especially if you’re not use to basement stays). The 7 steps down was a big challenge w/ my chronic pain issues at this time of year. Layout however is great for single traveler & easy to pop downtown or drive out to the yellowhead. Aliesha’s place was amazing super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. She was really thoughtful and responsive throughout my stay. I appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay again!

Always in great shape every time I visit. Host is quick and helpful in his responses and tenants upstairs are rarely heard. Awesome unit!

The are Very friendly and very peaceful place. Its is very comfortable to live.

Dan and Amanda have created a friendly and comfortable space that I wouldn't hesitate to stay in again. The suite is quite spacious, and the backyard is inviting. The neighborhood itself is lovely with many parks and easy access to the shopping centers along 170th street. The river valley is very close, via Patricia Ravine. From there are kilometers of hiking and biking!

Our family had a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent being very close to shopping and restaurants but still within a quiet neighbourhood. Donna was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Start to finish, it was a great stay in St. Albert. The space was spotless and was as depicted in the photos. Perfect location for my work plans. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood and peaceful surroundings. Thank you.

We stayed at Alex's place as we had an early morning appointment at the hospital. The location was perfect and it took us less than 5 minutes to get to the hospital. Alex's place is comfortable with all the needed amenities and some extras, whick was great and very much appreciated. We had our 2 Boston terriers with us and the yard came in very handy when it was time to let them out. Alex is a great host and very responsive. I highly recommend his place and will definitely be staying at his place again.

I had primarily chosen this location because it was close to my siblings' houses, and its proximity to main routes. I was extremely pleased with how nice the suite was.. and how gracious Anish was. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to Edmonton.

This location was perfect for us and it had everything we needed to stay for a three nights! Thoughtful touches like cookies, chocolates, milk and sparkling water upon arrival. Access to laundry was great! Quick and easy check in and out. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend booking this space if you are looking for a home away from home!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was exactly as described—just a short walk from NAIT, making it incredibly convenient for my visit. The space was impeccably clean and offered a great deal of privacy, which I truly appreciated. Everything was just perfect, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The space is so cozy and was so quiet I just loved every minute of it! I struggled getting motivated to check out, haha. This space is large and the high ceilings don't make it feel like a basement suite at all. The kitchen was well stocked, and bonus for the water dispenser and ice maker in the fridge! The beds were comfortable and bedding was soft. There were no issues falling asleep at all. My favorite part was the cozy blankets on the couches. I'm one who needs to snuggle in a fuzzy blanket to watch a show. There may have been a cat nap in the couch. I recommend this space 100%! It has become one of my favorites and first go-to when looking to stay in the city.

Charlie is a is a great host, helpful and very quick to respond. His place is a clean, comfortable and a cozy place to stay. The appliances look new and the bed was comfortable. We really liked the ability to control the heat ourselves in the unit, it was a cold weekend and we were nice and warm. We will be booking this place again.

Great place to stay! This basement suite was clean, cozy and everything we needed. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed on while travelling!! Highly recommend!

This was truly a home away from home for us. Smaller basement unit yet there was lots of room for our family of 6. Cozy. Clean, organized, cupboards are labelled. Friendly host, checked in on us before we left his home outside. Will book again.

Always my go to place to stay when I'm in Leduc. The host are second to none and the suite is always clean and I get my best rest here. For the price and very accommodating host I highly recommend this suite.

Beautiful house, private nice community, and very nice view! House had everything you need for your stay. Bed are very comfortable and the space is very well laid out. Host is very friendly, super responsive and all around pleasant to communicate with! We really enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend this spot to anyone and I will definitely be back as well!

It was a great stay, we had a clean bedsheet, the whole place was rather clean. Other than that this was worth our stay, we’ll definitely be booking this place again soon.
