If natural surroundings only minutes from dining and entertainment sounds appealing, then one of our unique tents may just be for you. Our location is a perfect home base for all the outdoor adventures that the area has to offer. Each tent includes luxury bedding, comfy mattress, coffee maker, real glassware and beautiful views. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your own private sitting area complete with fire pit and grill.

Glamp on 450-Acre Ranch: “Caruso” Sleeps 2-6

Stunning adventure for couples, families, reunions or groups up to 34 people! Guests enjoy HGTV-revamped 1930s barn — inside: lux lounge areas, full kitchen, 2 half baths and shower, billiards, shuffleboard, giant jenga, large flatscreens w/ cable inside; breathtaking views of valley and San Juan Mtns, yard games, grill and giant firepit outside. LODGING: 6 furnished walk-in safari tents (w/ mix of cloud-like queens, twins) in aspen grove behind barn + shared toilet/walled outdoor shower.

SECRET GLAMPING SITE

The glamping site is in a secret area on 1 and 2/3 acres with a pool and hot tub. We have two rooms in the house and a casita and some campers on the property adorned with Ed Haddaway's sculpture. There is a campfire and hamocks to relax in. There is a lovely outdoor hot water shower. Or you may use the shower in the main home which is just steps away from the glamping site. People love to hang out on the porch as well. There is electricity in the tent to plug in laptops and phones.

Camping & Recreational Use

Nice 5+ acre lot in the Rio Grande Ranches Subdivision of Costilla County, Colorado. At an elevation around 7500 feet the air is clean and the skies are bright. Great roads make these lots easily accessible at all times. The Lobato Bridge, over the Rio Grande River, is the southern most crossing over the river in Colorado and is just a few miles to the southwest. Use these lots for recreation, to camp, or just enjoy some peace and quiet away from it all. Your options are limitless
