Train station is a 10 minute walk away, spacious drive way with off road parking outside the property. Shopping center, gym, The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital only 5 min walk & supermarkets is all within 5 minutes walking. 10 minute drive into Birmingham city center, 5 stops on the train. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, everything is on your doorstep.

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Less than 5 minutes drive to both M42 and M5 ideal for commuters.

Parking is free on our road, however it can be a very busy area, we cannot guarantee parking outside the house.

The room is in an Edwardian House in Bournville next to a large park. Located in a historical suburb with green spaces a plenty, it also offers great access to the city centre (12 mins by train). Ideally located for Birmingham University, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Midlands Art Centre, and Cadbury World The room is at the back of our home and very peaceful.
