Fabulous seaside location, recently refurbished first floor apartment with sea view. A stones throw from the beach and famous Cromer Pier. 2 minutes walk to shops, pubs and restaurants and cafes. Flat 1 is well equipped with 2 double bedrooms (option for a twin or double bed in bedroom no. 2), a separate shower room and toilet, kitchen/dining room with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a separate living room. Patio area with garden furniture. The perfect location for an escape to the coast.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located in the quaint countryside village of Thorpe Market, on the grounds of a Grade 2 listed period property. This is a beautifully renovated and thoughtfully converted tiny escape: Bensley Snug. They say all good things come in small packages and that is exactly what you get with this property. Relax in this romantic setting, meander along country lanes, dip your toes in the sea and dine at the best sea-food restaurants around. Idilic bliss!

The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

Sunny Brook - perfect for two

Sunny Brook is a charming detached bungalow set within the grounds of the owner’s home, in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. Offering a quiet and comfortable retreat, it’s just a five-minute walk from local amenities including a village shop, pub with restaurant, bus stops, and a traditional fish and chip shop. Perfectly located for exploring the North Norfolk coast, Sunny Brook makes an ideal cosy base for a relaxing break or days out discovering nearby beaches and market towns.

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

With plenty of circular walks and excellent local pubs, this is a true North Norfolk holiday gem.

Oyster Barn, North Norfolk

Magnificent North Norfolk Listed barns, lovely rural location 5 minutes from Cromer and the sea. 2 acre gardens with parking. Pub in the village. All on the ground floor with 2 steps in (message me for disabled access with no steps). We have vaulted timbered ceilings, FREE SUPERFAST FIBRE-OPTIC BROADBAND, satellite TV, patio and large gardens beyond. Beautiful historic old barns and a lovely rural location. And your best friend, the dog is welcome too.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.
