Cosy and private attic space available in a comfortable Victorian house, 30 minutes from jct 29 of the M1. We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house. We live on a main bus route, with cinema's, theatres, Climbing works, and other venues, and the city easily accessible. Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.

A cosy one bed cottage for a stay in Sheffield and easy access to the Peak District. The cottage has a living room (with wood burner), bathroom and kitchenette on the ground floor with a double bed upstairs in the eves. You have private garden over the bridge across the brook and a sunny patio for outdoor dining. Please note the house backs directly onto a small train track. The house is well noise insulated but you will hear the trains regularly.
