It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.
