Beautiful canal home that fit our needs perfectly! The neighborhood was very close to the beach with an easy walk to beach access. The pool was an excellent option for the toddlers in our group. The house has everything you could need for a wonderful Ocean Isle vacation! Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

The house was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive away from restaurants, shops and the beach. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family and dog. The only problem (and it was very minor) was two of the bedroom tvs didn’t work right- Fire TV program had glitches. But the living room TV worked great. But be SURE to log out because the guests who stayed before us didn’t and we had to log out for them. A dishonest person couldn’t cost them money on movie rentals. We would definitely stay again.

Steven was awesome!! Sent us a courtesy message that we were able to check-in early, which was amazing and much needed!! He was also very proactive with sending recommendations to local places/attractions and making sure we did not need anything. Super close to the beach, peaceful and very pet friendly! Thank you so much! We will for sure be back and cant wait!

Elizabeth was an amazing host, always being responsive and ensuring our stay ran as smoothly as possible. The house is beautiful and was in a great state when we arrived. The whole experience was very nice.

One of the most fun vacations we’ve ever had. Derrick was a fantastic host with a truly awesome house. There was so much to do and Derrick made using everything incredibly easy. We’re looking in to coming back next year!

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

Curtis & Michelle were great hosts! Their house was SO CLEAN, and a perfect location for our beach getaway! We loved the balconies, the quick walk to the beach, and the kids loved having the pool! They were so responsive to any question and made us feel right at home!

Shane’s condo was wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. One of the best things was how much he provided in the kitchen. Plenty of spices and other staples. He provided all the every day necessities. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Sunni's place was convenient, pretty clean, and had stunning views. There were towels and linens for four people, and Sunni was very responsive. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again for the convenience, views, and beach access alone. Sunni was also very kind.

We loved our stay and being able to walk to the beach. Our favorite was watching sunset from the balcony.

The place was exactly what we were looking for as we visited my husbands family in Little River. The screened in back porch was a great little spot to be able to enjoy your mornings before getting the day going. Rooms had ample side tables, outlets, and storage spots for clothes. The kitchen had to be one of the most well stocked ones I’d seen in our trips thus far, even having plastic baggies was a bonus! Nice spot if looking for a place to stay in the area that is central and meets the basics!

This is our 2nd stay at Louise’s place. This time we stayed for a month. We love everything about this place. Super clean, very close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Located next to the intercostal waterway. Very peaceful to sit on the dock in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine and the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommended.

I chose this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday with my children. I was not disappointed. From the time of arrival until the time of checkout, everything was great. We did have a few minor hiccups, but everything was rectified quickly and wasn’t worth me giving them a star less than five. A lot of times you see pictures on websites and the place is nowhere near what’s on the website. Tilghman Beach Rentals were very accurate on their website. We enjoyed our stay in the three bedroom, three bathroom condo. I felt at home.

Elaine was a wonderful host. Her beautiful beach condo was in a perfect location. There was plenty of parking. The condo had all of the amenities you could have wanted. There were just the two of us but i believe 8 could stay comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The screened in porch was a perfect place to watch the sunrise and beach activities. The beach was so close and easily accessible. We enjoyed some of Elaine's recommendations for dining. I definitely recommend staying here and will certainly stay again myself.
