Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The apartment IRIS is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, a private outside sitting area, parking space. Umgeben von historischen Bauernhöfen direkt am Dorfplatz, mit großartigem Blick auf die Berge und allem was man benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Südwohnung im 2.OG ist die kleinste unserer Ferienwohnungen. Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Mi casa se encuentra en una area residencial quieta y central, al lado (5 min a pie) del centro historico de Partenkirchen. Aqui, en la Ludwigstrasse, hay cafés, restaurantes, supermercado y tiendas pequenas de artesanias. Mi apartamento tiene un quarto con cama doble (160x200cm) y bano ensuite e una sala con cocina completamente equipada (nevera, horno, lavaplatos). Hay un balcón muy grande que les brinda el sol de la manana hasta la puesta del sol!

Unterammergau, in schönster Lage gelegen, ist unsere Heimat, die wir gerne mit Gästen teilen .Unsere Ferienwohnung ist im 1.Stock, daß bedeutet, das 2 mal 8 Stufen überwunden werden müssen. Es sind die zwei schönsten und sonnigsten Räume im Haus ,vom großen Balkon hat man eine gute Sicht auf die umliegende Berge.
