Air conditioners and smart TV with basic cable. 10 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to all the cool restaurants of Cookman Ave and 3 blocks to the train to NYC. New bathroom just built.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
