Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Pariskunta voi viettää täällä laatuaikaa. Sopii myös hyvin ystävyksille. Kalaisa järvi. Mökki kaikilla mukavuuksilla sijaitsee noin 90 km päässä Oulusta kauniin Oijärven rannalla, hurmaavan luonnon keskellä. Sopii uimiseen ja soutamiseen . Iso nurmipiha käytettävissä vaikka pihapeleihin. Kaksi kajakkia ja polkupyörää vapaasti käytettävissä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa hyvät löylyt. Lasitettu terassi ja parveke ilta-aurinkoon päin.

The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

Tervetuloa majoittumaan tähän ihastuttavaan kolmioon! Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Ainolan Puiston vieressä mutta kaikki keskustan palvelut ovat silti kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Tämä kolmio sopii varustelultaan mainiosti lyhyeen mutta myös pidempään oleskeluun. Nukkumapaikat löytyvät jopa viidelle. Autopaikka lämpimästä hallista kuuluu majoitukseen!

Well-equipped cottage on a large plot and next to river and nature. The cottage has sleeping places for eight + baby-size bed. Big outdoor sauna gives warm steams and barbecue hut is available for cooking and warming up. Outside we have plenty of different sorts of outdoor games and a play stand. Inside there are 2 TVs, game console and different board games.
