We enjoyed our stay. The pool is great. Everything was clear on instructions on how to get in and it was very clean. I did ask to check in a little earlier due to being in town early and could not due to cleaning crew still there, which was understandable. Then asked if we could park there and just take the golf cart to the beach since we were early and that was declined as well. Was a little disappointed in that as I do feel that would have made our first day there more enjoyable, plus the next two were rainy so we missed out on a perfect beach afternoon.

Home was as described, beautiful with plenty of room. Peaceful and plenty of privacy. Pool was amazing! Emily was great a communicating and answered all our questions promptly.

My family and I loved our stay. The house is spacious and beautiful as well as only minutes to local restaurants and the beach. The backyard pool was a hit with the whole family. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable for us and our fur babies. I will definitely be booking this home again next summer.

Great place! Our family really enjoyed our stay. The backyard was private and great for us and our Westie. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and other very nice furniture throughout the home. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils to prepare meals. The entire property, inside and out, was updated, neat, clean, and well maintained. Amy was a great host, very responsive. Definitely recommend this home and host!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)

Excellent location, right by the beach. Was a perfect spot for our big family with lots of little kids. Plenty of space to run around in the yard and lots of space to spread out in the house. We would book again!

We loved our stay at Kaley’s place. The house was beautiful and had lots of space. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. Perfect for our group of three different families. The kids loved hanging out at the pool. We also appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, and toys.

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We are 5 white hair college friends who get together once a year. The kitchen and island was large and we could gather around and chat, it was well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were all en-suite and beds comfortable, exactly what we wanted. The pool was clean and warm, which we did use. We walked to the public pool/ hot tub area but did not use, as we had our own private pool at the house. Security was always around but never needed. We did not use the golf cart or bikes but they were available. We went to the recommended restaurants and they were absolutely delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No unexpected problems or issues, a great getaway.

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

The house and location was amazing! There were 10 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly! It was in an awesome location, really close to the beach, and we enjoyed the privacy of the house and the neighborhood. Michael was very communicative and helpful with any questions that we had during our stay! Awesome week!

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

This was a last minute stay and Isabella was wonderful! All communication was prompt and thorough. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great, albeit short, stay. Highly recommend!
