Spacious basement suite with SHARED POOL in the sunny Okanagan. The solar heated water pool is open from Victoria Day to Labour Day, weather permitting. We use the pool on hot days for 1.5 hours around 3:30 pm. It is 2 bedroom/2 bath with full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher. Outdoors, enjoy your own BBQ and patio. The suite is has its own heating, A/C and thermostat. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There is an electric car charger and a playground across the street.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy lovely condo with lots of amenities. Master bedroom has brand new comfortable king bed and second bedroom has a queen bed. We also have a folding playpen/bassinet for infants to enjoy their rest. If you are looking to stay longer then 2 weeks please advise and we can coordinate special pricing. Our place is the ONLY one bedroom corner-unit with wrap-around balcony and amazing view on Airbnb, and you've found it! We overlook the clubhouse on the 3rd floor, so you will NOT have other units looking in on you, and the view is UNOBSTRUCTED! Extra large deck, with bbq, dining table and chairs, outdoor couch. The Clubhouse has 2 pools, gym,, pool table/ pingpong, tennis, badminton, pickleball, oversized chess, and putting green. Pools are typically open mid-May to end of Sept.
