Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

New River Side Shanty Updated

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
