Awesome place, we have stayed here several times

Great price and everything was very well taken care of. Felt comfortable with my entire family. The only suggestion I would have is that there were several windows without curtains. I came with my wife and two daughters and none of them were comfortable with uncovered windows in the bathrooms or by the laundry, even if it was just a little. I had to find something to cover up the windows. Once I did that we were good to go. Great place! Excellent price! Will return.

We had such a wonderful stay for our family trip including three adults and two pups! The location is perfect for people who want to explore in Pensacola as well as venture towards perdido key. It is located about 25 minutes from the dog beaches of Pensacola. The biggest perk was the outdoor shower! It made washing off our pups extremely easy. There are plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops within a 5-10 minute drive. The host is very kind and quick to respond. She even set up a dog kennel for our big pup so we didn’t have to pack ours. We will for sure return for future vacations!

The home was cozy. Had all of the amenities that were stated. Super awesome that the host is dog friendly and had a fenced in yard. Easy drive to the beach also and was only 20 minutes away without traffic. Alot of food and shopping close to the house also. Host was super friendly and helpful and offered us coupons to nearby restaurants! The only thing I could maybe complain about is the internet is a little slow there, and the neighbor dogs out back didn't seem to be the friendliest (not by any means our hosts fault, just something someone with kids or dogs needs to be aware of!). also your bathroom looks better now than in the pictures with the pretty wallpaper!!

Our stay in Pensacola was fabulous and the air bnb was as described. It was a great dog friendly experience! Thanks Brandon!

We all had a wonderful time.

Nice house that is as close to the water of the bay as it gets! This place has a nice sandy area for kids to play as pictured. And we spent a lot of time down there with kids! We caught decent size speckle trout from the dock using live shrimp. There were 4 low profile beach chairs and a small kiddie pool that was useful. Loved the space for our pups. We went with two adults and two kids but had 4more adults and two more kids join us for our last two nights and we all had plenty of room. We went to tacky jacks, the hangout, and Lulu’s to eat. Our family love Lulu’s super fun atmosphere and food the most!

Well worth the stay for my family of four and our four legged baby. The space was everything we wanted and so beautiful. Kevin was so accommodating and made sure to check in on us daily! We will definitely book when we are back that again!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We had our yearly family vacation here. The house was perfect for the three families to stretch out and the pups loved the outdoor fenced area. The pool was a hit for everyone. We arrived to several baskets of snacks and multiple boxes of sodas- very thoughtful and much appreciated. If I had any questions, Natalie was quick to respond. We totally enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. ❤️

Second time staying at Kris and Hannah’s beach home. Loved it! The backyard and pool are phenomenal, the walk to the beach is quick and they are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

This was a great find, we knew this was the place for us as soon as we saw the listing. House was clean and spacious, back yard, grill, lounge and pool area are amazing. Privacy fence around the yard was a great feature. Plenty of amenities included that weren’t even in the listing, which was unexpected, yet nice. Plenty to do around town, which is just a short drive. We went to the beach (obviously) the Naval Aviation Museum, Fort Pickens, Gulf Breeze Zoo and just a mere 10 minutes away is a shopping mall which we stopped at. Great town, not super touristy. Hosts were super responsive with the only small issue we had and resolved it surprisingly fast. 10/10 would recommend!

We booked this home last minute while we drove into town. The host had our place ready to go within the hour! So kind and responsive, easy to reach out to. The home was beautiful, simple and comfortable, the big room had a bed that adjusted and vibrated. The pool was clean and warm, and the entire patio was such a relaxing vibe. We had such an incredible time, we will for sure be back, and we would absolutely rent this place again and again.

Cola Cabana was in a residential neighborhood, but we had so much privacy in the backyard pool area--it felt like a tropical paradise! We could bike to two neighborhood parks and restaurants and shops were close to drive to. The pool was so refreshing after sightseeing downtown and at the Gulf National Seashore. I highly recommend this home for families with children--toys, games, pool and beach stuff we're provided. The home was very spacious and comfortable for our 4 adults and one child.

We enjoyed our two nights at Robin’s place! We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there as we were in town for a wedding but it was the perfect size for our family of 3 and very cozy.

My family loved staying here! The home has EVERYTHING one could need. You really only need to bring your clothes, groceries, and self! It is truly a home away from home. The screened in porch was my favorite part. The king beds are very comfortable (supportive but not hard). The smaller bed seems to be on the firm side (we didn't use it but I would recommend an egg crate topper if you like more cushion). The price is great but the little details are what truly set this place apart from the others. All bedrooms have lamps, portable fans, and TVs. The kitchen has any dish you could need plus lots of extras like spices, dog bowls, etc. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. A huge thanks to Nancy for being such a fantastic host!

Absolutely loved the accommodations. Very relaxing and the hosts were responsive, accomdated an earlier checkin time due to travel times/flights. The home was beautifuly decorated and felt like home away from home. Squeaky clean. From the porch to the backyard was well designed and put together. I would definitely stay again, if traveling to pensacola area.

Amy's Place proved to be an ideal destination for the final stages of our vacation, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The residence provided ample space for my family's needs. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our queries. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with essentials for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the accommodations were outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to return on our next visit to Pensacola. We extend our gratitude to the owners for sharing their property with us, and we cherished every moment spent there.

Great place! Private and quiet! Rented kayaks and SUPs, and it was perfect! Loved having the beach to ourselves!

Very cleanly and beautiful place! Felt right at home and made our vacation very nice! It was nice to have a good area to cook. Lots of items were provided that helped make the stay better. Sonya was super helpful with any problems and responded almost immediately. She is super sweet and definitely cares about her tenants regardless of what she’s doing. It was a pleasure staying here!

This place is a home away from home. Have everything you could need and more. Rondi, the host, is amazing. Very responsive and full of advices and recommendations. I stayed for 1.5months until I bought my own place and the transition felt so much easier on me thanks to this great place and the amenities that have. I did not even had to open many of my boxes because it literally has everything. Can’t say enough amazing things about Rondi. I would recommend this place in a heart beat to anyone looking for a good quality/price place, in a central location, with a host that will reply to your messages very quick and it’s very accurate. I had a blast and I enjoyed calling this place my home for the time I stayed there. Highly recommended. 5 stars are not enough

Little Slice of Heaven ~Casa Azul Loved our week at Casa Azul! Large comfortable home with multiple porches. The top porch is the jewel. Beautiful views, sunrises, sunsets and views of the gulf. Home well appointed, able to enjoy the gulf without being waterfront. Conducive to relaxation. Easy check in. Heather was a great host, communicative and very responsive. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen well equipped, a bit short on storage space. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to public beach with access. Proximity to shopping was not bad, 10-15 min drive. Great local seafood and restaurants. Would definitely return!
