Wonderful apartment and great location! Highly recommended

9人での滞在でお部屋を探しておりました。海も近くおしゃれでとても素敵なお家でした。BBQを計画しておりまして、立派なコンロもあり外に冷蔵庫もあり快適に楽しいBBQができました。 テレビも大画面で、迫力あるゲームを楽しむことができました。お風呂も広くこんな生活が毎日できたらなと思いました。

Une petite maison dans un quartier calme de Kyoto , très bon séjour, hôte très réactif, nous étions 6 adultes, rien à dire de particulier.

Spacious, elegantly furnished and very peaceful. We loved the house and its location - right next to the Tōdai-ji temple and the Deer Park. We had a bit of an issue entering the house as the code given to us was incorrect … but was just a little hiccup in our overall stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone coming to Nara. We stayed 3 days and we could have definitely stayed longer!

we were a group of 3. we enjoyed very much the japanese style home. everything was clean and the house had all amenities. it was very close to Kyoto station, even accesible by a 25m walk. there was a bus stop like a minute walk away. host was very responsive and accessible. we enjoyed the manga collection too:) highly recommended

全てにおいて最高でした。 チェックインに関しては何かのエラーが起こってしまったみたいですがすぐに返信をいただき対応していただけました。 部屋、サービスに関しては意見をするところが全くないほど最高で、特に全てにおいてオシャレすぎました。 もうすでに次は連泊をしようと予定組みをしています。

Lovely time at Kyoto House! A really fun space, mix of classic Japanese and western style. The doorways are a little low if you’re tall but really no complaints. Would stay again!

Shan’s place was the most immaculate and authentic Airbnb stay we have ever experienced. It was thoughtfully designed with local appointments such as shoji screens and a modified low dining table. The host was so kind to give us detailed advice on how to travel to Osaka and Nara and even provided us with a generous selection of local snacks and beverages. Thank you for making our Kyoto stay a true pleasure.

La llegada fue muy fácil con las indicaciones que se me compartieron antes de la llegada. La estación de autobús 17 que sale de la estación de Kioto te deja muy cerca de la casa, hay que caminar muy poco para llegar, lo cual lo hace super accesible. Zhang siempre fue muy atento y amable conmigo, respondía muy rápido los mensajes y tuve la oportunidad de conocerlo, una persona muy respetuosa y atenta. La casa no tengo palabras para describirla, es una casa de ensueño, el jardín, el estanque, la casa por dentro, todo estuvo increíble. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Nosotros requeríamos esa ubicación porque fuimos a una convención y tiene una conexión muy sencilla con el tren y con los autobuses que conectan toda la ciudad. Sin dudarlo, volvería a elegir la casa para quedarme; es una zona muy tranquila y pasa un río muy cercano, lo cual lo vuelve aún más bello. Gracias Zhang por brindarnos tu lugar y por las atenciones. ☺️

This home is beautiful. It’s been recently renovated and it looked, felt and smelled new. The decoration and furnishings were really lovely. It’s in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes from the main shopping and sightseeing area, 10-15 minute walk to station and 3 stops to Kawaramachi markets. It comfortably fits 7 people in 3 different bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Appliances and tableware were all high end. It doesn’t have closets in the bedrooms, just a couple of hangers, which seems to be common in Japan hotels. Shogo, our host, was very friendly, super communicative and helpful. Also very generous with his hospitality. This place is not in the middle of the busy sightseeing areas, but it’s relatively central and easy to get to places with public transport. There are also some shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Very cozy and spacious, and equipped with everything we needed.

It was easy to find and had a massive car park. The house is new, very clean, spacious, and warm during winter. The backyard is huge and securely fenced, so you can let your dog run around without any concerns whatsoever. If you're planning to visit with a dog, this place is perfect. Even without a pet, the secure outdoor area is something to truly enjoy. I would highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to take advantage of the BBQ area in summer, so I’ll definitely be going back!
