The only 4 star that was given was simply because the place was slightly more dated than advertised. Absolutely everything was wonderful and being "dated" had no effect on our stay - just a simple observation.

While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

This house was beautiful! Comfortable and relaxing the master shower was to die for! On top of that jasmine and Keith really was proactive and attentive to us and whatever we needed they were able to supply us with and was really kind sweet and amazing couple to work with over all! Definitely will book here again

An incredibly cozy and clean retreat, me and my friends could not have asked for a better weekend escape. Close to ski resorts while also being close to the city and infrastructure, this place is incredible value! But most of all Youseff and his son are so helpful, amazing hosts ❤️

I was here for my bachelor weekend and me and my friends really enjoyed the space. The hot tub was really great and we used it everyday.

In ALL honesty, this has been one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had! The attention to detail this place has is amazing! There was a wine bottle waiting for us, snacks, chocolate, water sooo much stuff. We arrived late and didn’t get a chance to buy anything on the way this saved us! Really wasn’t expecting that. Home is beautiful brand new, super clean! Quiet calm area, wasn’t able to use the pool since it’s cold out still but I will def want to be back here in Summer. Best of all pet friendly! Thank you for a great experience Natalie your a great host and thank you for allowing us to leave a little later due to our late check in. Such a great experience.

Wow! What a great house, huge, clean and we felt at home. We didn’t use the garden due to thick snow, but enjoyed watching the rabbits hopping around! We will definitely be back :)

We had a fantastic stay at Linda's place in Whitby! Linda was the perfect host—she provided all the amenities we needed and was incredibly responsive to any requests we had. The house itself was a cozy 5-bedroom home, perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

My son and I came to Canada for an end of the summer vacation. Sherry's home was perfect for what we needed. We spent most days driving around the Toronto area. At then end of the day it was nice to escape the busyness of Toronto and return to Sherry's place. There are several good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers in the area. The home was basic, very clean and just what we needed for our vacation.

A great place to stay. My partner and I had some set backs on our trip and when we informed Nailla about it, she was very understanding and considerate with our late check in. We stayed for 5 nights and had no complaints or issues with the place. It was very convenient having an on-site parking spot as well as a bidet. The place was clean, organized, and comfortable. If we were to ever vacation in the area again, we would definitely come back!

Anne was a super sweet lady, very respectful and made my first stay at an air b and b seamless. She walked me through the unit because I was nervous to stay in a new place and told me if I ever needed anything to message her. Place is very clean as well!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were provided. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, transit, and local attractions. My host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

July's house is very nice. Great location, tons of bathrooms, INDOOR GARAGE parking (I messaged like 10 Airbnbs before I found one that offered this). Beds are comfy too. Overall I had a great time. But the one thing that irked me were the amenities. I'm used to hosts that include a little bit more than what's in the description, but I don't want to deduct a star because of my unreasonable expectations. For example, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, but there are no seasonings at all. I bought my own oil, salt, and pepper, but I didn't end up using much of it during our stay as I gave up trying to cook anything fancy and ordered takeaway for the most part. Another thing was toilet paper. I like to keep one roll on standby for emergencies, but there was not enough in the house to do that. The amount of toilet paper did turn out to be just enough, but out of an abundance of caution I bought an additional pack that I ended up not using.

Enn is fantastic host and took care of us during a long stay at her place. She keeps it immaculate and tastefully decorated. Questions were answered quickly. Our needs were met 110% and would recommend her for families looking for long term stays.

Joseph's place provided the perfect place for my family to stay for one week. We were so thankful for all of the children's books and toys that kept my boys entertained. Travelling with a 10 month old and a 4 year old is not easy and by choosing Joseph's place we did not have to worry about a thing once we arrived. We used the provided highchair and the pack n play for our baby. The house is very safe and the kids can play on the main floor or in the basement. There is lots of room, even more than we needed. We appreciated the house manual which provided all the information we needed with easy instructions to follow as well as local recommendations. Joseph checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for driving to the zoo, taking the GO train to the Aquarium and walking to the park. Thank you for an enjoyable and stress free stay!

The house was exactly what we needed for a few families to stay together for our hockey tournament that was at the university campus. Bed linens were clean with lots of extra blankets if needed, kitchen had most of the necessities, perfect bedroom to bathroom ratio. Kathi was a great host and was very responsive. Instructions to get in and what was needed at checkout were clear. Thanks for the stay!
