Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Amazing Tree House on Black River Near Old Forge

Perched in privacy on the Black River is a rustic Tree House designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature. Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Enjoy a stay at our cozy little cabin nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Enjoy an abundance of nature right on our 40 acre property or venture out to see and do more. Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator operated via remote/fob. Just minutes from the cabin, you'll find 3 gas station/convenience stores, 2 gift shops, two restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, ATV trails, 3 lakes, hiking trails (w/waterfalls) and so much more!

Trolls: Wild Center/paddle/loons/waterfront!

Waterfront property on Arbuckle Pond with views of water from all windows and access to the private pond and Higley Flow. This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

Lookout Cranberry Lake

Come and unwind in this beautiful little hamlet in the Adirondacks. Explore and hike the trails or just relax by the water during the day and build a fire in the firepit in the evening. Bring your boat and launch it at the public launch right next door. There is a dock for fishing and docking your boat. Direct access to the vast snowmobile trail system. Save money and cook in the fully stocked kitchen! Cranberry Lake is the 3rd largest in the ADK.

This historic boathouse is a rare find, situated directly in the waters of the popular Fourth Lake in Old Forge. Conveniently located halfway between Canton and Potsdam, The Cabin is close to all four local universities.

There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
